Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things come up and you’ll need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We require 2 full business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment or there will be a $125 fee applied to your account. This allows us to schedule other patients awaiting treatment and can save you missed appointment fees. As a courtesy, we will email, text or phone to remind you of upcoming appointments a few days ahead of time.
