Yes. Oak Street Dental in Victoria, BC is currently accepting new patients of all ages and abilities. You can book an initial new patient exam online or call 250-479-6012. Toddlers, children, teens, adults, seniors, including those with special needs, are all welcome.

Alongside a full assessment of your teeth, gums, and bite, you also experience 3D digital scanning, digital X-rays, and intra-oral photography that let you see your mouth exactly as your dentist does. Many patients say it’s the most interesting and informative dental appointment they’ve ever had.

Your records are requested and transferred for you, so there’s no effort needed on your part. Just share your previous dentist’s name and contact details, and we will handle the rest. If you don’t have a previous dentist, that’s completely fine.

Bring your dental insurance details if you have coverage, and your previous dentist’s contact information so your records can be transferred on your behalf. Arriving 10 minutes early allows you to complete your intake form, or you can complete the new patient intake form online prior to your appointment.

Your cost depends on your specific treatment plan, and you receive an estimate after your consultation exam, before any major dental treatment begins. Pricing follows the BC Dental Fee Guide and is not impacted by your insurance status. Yes. Direct billing is available on most dental insurance plans, so in many cases you only pay your portion at the visit. Bring your insurance details so your claim can be submitted for you. Claims are often resolved within minutes, while you are still in our dental office.

Yes. Oak Street Dental accepts the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). The plan is now open to Canadian residents of all ages who don’t have access to private dental insurance (other conditions apply).
